We ship world-wide. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Please note that any Custom Tax that are applied by the country you reside is the recipient sole responsibility and we are not responsible for paying custom taxes.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 25–35 days. US orders are shipped by multiple carriers but USPS is the last carrier to deliver the package. Both processing and shipping for US orders usually take between 25 and 35 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on location and season as we approach the busy holidays.
I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from both warehouses so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, send us an email at email@example.com and we will gladly track your orders for you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find the tracking number for your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you 2-5 business days after ordering your items. An order email notification is sent first then shipping notification email will follow few days after. Your items are sometimes shipped separately so you may find receiving multiple shipping notification email from us.
